Even though you live in a foreign country for just six months, you create certain habits and have specific places you like to visit.

I, was no different. There was one specific cafe in Daegu, it was on Dongseongro, called Angel-In-Us cafe. It was my go-to cafe, either for studying or hanging out with friends or my boyfriend.

As practice for my graphic design skills I came up with an idea to make a flyer for a cafe, like a date night. And since I visited Angel-In-Us cafe so often, I thought it would be the perfect cafe to use for this project.

As I mentioned the three story high cafe had a great atmosphere and a lot of different types of seats to choose from. Low tables with relaxing chairs but also high tables with an outlet to plug in your digital devices.

Why a date night flyer? Because I am a hopeless romantic? Probably. I never really had gone on dates with my past relationships, so actually experiencing this in my current one, was like stepping into Wonderland. This may sound exaggerated, but for me it really felt that way.

It can be something simple like going to a cafe, but feel so special. That's why I wanted to come up with such an event and make that type of flyer.
